HALALCORNER.ID-Kuala Lumpur. At the opening of the MIHAS event (17/9), apart from celebrating its 20th anniversary, it also announced its achievement as the largest exhibition in the world.
For this achievement, Guinness World Records awarded the Largest Attendance at a Halal Trade Fair because it attracted 38,566 visitors during MIHAS 2023. Justis Patterson, representative of Guinness World Records, said that this category was the first and newest.
Justin Patterson also congratulated MIHAS on its achievements. Apart from that, this event also gave the Special Award for State Halal Development Figure to the Very Happy Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi. This award recognizes Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi’s significant contribution to the Halal industry, as well as celebrating his influence in inspiring future leaders.
